Easy Returns

HOLIDAY SEASON EXTENDED RETURNS:
For your peace of mind during the holiday season, we offer extended returns: orders placed between 12th November and 20th December can be returned to us until 18th January.

We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return it, we make the process easy. You can exchange or refund items within 30 days of receipt. Just follow the steps below.

Please note: Earrings and face masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

1. Visit our Returns Page within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.

2. Print your returns label here (a $4.95 fee applies unless the item is faulty).

3. Pack the items with all original packaging and drop off at a local store, as per the selected returns service, within 14 days of notifying us.

4. After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take a few days to appear in your account.
