Please note that earrings and face masks are excluded from the return policy due to hygiene reasons.
1. Visit our Customer Services Returns page to notify us of your intention to process a return. You must do this within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Print your returns label here (a fee of $4.95 applies unless faulty)
3. Bring your parcel to a local store - which store will depend on the returns service you select. This must be completed within 14 days of you notifying us of your return.
4. Once we receive your return and check the condition, we will process the refund. We will endeavour to process the return and refund within 14 days of receipt your return. We will refund the same method as your payment, which might take a few days.
