Shipping

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only to the United States. For EU countries, visit our EU store. For the UK and other international destinations, visit our UK store.

What are your shipping rates?
- Free USA delivery (UPS Express) on orders over $80.
- UPS Express (1-3 working days) $12.
*Orders are dispatched the same working day if received by 12 noon UK time. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the next working day.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a DHL tracking number with your shipping confirmation via email.

My order is missing.
Please contact us at help@fableengland.com, and we will investigate.

Some pieces are missing from my order.
If any items are missing, contact us immediately at help@fableengland.com.

I received the wrong items.
Contact us within 30 days at help@fableengland.com with details about the incorrect items and missing items. We’ll arrange a free return and send the correct items at no extra cost.

I received a faulty item.
Email us at help@fableengland.com with a brief explanation and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund. In some cases, we might ask you to return the item at our cost for quality review.

Returns

How do I return an item?

  1. Visit our Customer Services Returns page within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Print your returns label here (a $4.95 fee applies unless the item is faulty).
  3. Pack the items with all original packaging and drop off at a local store within 14 days of notifying us.
  4. After we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take a few days to reflect in your account.

Shopping Online

How often do you re-stock sold-out items?
We often restock items within a few weeks. Sign up on the product page for priority notifications when the item is back in stock.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly, so changes are only possible within a short timeframe. Contact our Customer Services Team at help@fableengland.com as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

How do I use a voucher code?
Enter your voucher code at checkout in the designated field to apply the discount.

I did not receive an email confirmation.
Check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, add help@fableengland.com to your contact list and contact us if needed.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid exposing jewelry to soap and water to keep it looking its best.

What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from zinc, brass, and epoxy, with gold, rose-gold, or silver plating. Earring posts are surgical stainless steel. Check individual product descriptions for more details.

Are your products made from real leather?
Most of our handbags are made from waterborne polyurethane (recycled plastic). Future collections from AW22 onwards will be crafted from vegan leather.

What sizes are your jewelry?
- Short necklaces: 41cm with extender.
- Long necklaces: 81cm with extender.
- Rings: Small, Medium, or One Size (adjustable).
- Check product descriptions for specific sizes of brooches and pendants.

Where are your products manufactured?
We work with an ethical, female-owned factory in China to produce vegan leather handbags, scarves, loungewear, stationery, and accessories. We’re committed to reducing our carbon footprint and offsetting CO2 emissions through tree planting with Make it Wild.

Is your packaging sustainable?
We use FSC-approved packaging made from 100% recycled paper and plastic to reduce single-use plastics.
